Joan has served our community with her talents and her heart. Our riders, devoted four legged staff and two legged staff will miss her gentle voice, praise and expert training. Sheldon and Joan have been a dynamite team and Sunrise will benefit for years to come from their talents and leadership.

Executive Director/Certified Riding Instructor
Sunrise Inc. is a
non-profit organization dedicated to providing therapeutic horse back riding
experiences to disabled children, youth and adults. Located on the farm of
Janice Edelman at 2670 Minneman Road near Richmond, Indiana, our facilities
include a handicapped accessible classroom, indoor riding arena with
mounting ramp, tack room, stable with 12 trained horses, an outdoor arena
and seven acres of pasture. We are looking for a new Executive Director/
Professional Riding Instructor. Salary range is $25,000-$30,000.
